Phil, Fab and his entire team are dedicated professionals that won't disappoint you, and will make the process of both buying and selling your home easy and stress-free with patience, education, assistance and understanding. Terrific service from start to finish. After meeting with a few different realtors and teams, we made a decision quickly after our meeting with Fabrizio and Clint. Fabrizio was thorough and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Both Clint and Fab checked in with us periodically to keep us updated which was very much appreciated. Their staff member, Jade met with us as well and was lovely to deal with. Fabrizio provided us with great feedback and perspective on market conditions and neighbourhoods while looking for a new home. We truly felt the entire team took interest in us, our home, the sale and working with us on our new home purchase. I would highly recommend team Phil Haig and Fabrizio as your agent. You will be very happy throughout the entire process, as we were. They sold our home in 5 days after the first open house. The entire team was outstanding!

We've lived in portmoody/coquitlam area for 35 years and have been familiar with Phil and Team all the way along. We had our first experience listing with the Team last week. They are professional right from the first meeting where we listed our home. The next day the Team and Phil were here bright and early having the photographer take pictures and the measuring guy do the official measurements. The house was listed that day and that night we had an over ask offer which we accepted. We were stunned and delighted. We found Phil to be a very personable, professional and efficient realtor. He's a stickler for detail (that's a good thing), every t crossed every I dotted. A pleasure to work with him. He kept us up to date and well informed all the way along. We've bought and sold 5 properties in the Tri-Cities area in the last few years, with the last three through Phil Haig. Having worked with numerous realtors across the lower mainland, I can confidently say Phil and his team know their market better than anyone I've had the pleasure of working with. Phil in particular is hard working, accessible, and provides honest feedback on market trends. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a realtor in this area.
