Westmoreland Apartments

I have lived in this Boardwalk building since late May, 2020. I am so happy I chose this place. I love my spacious suite, the building is kept clean, the laundry room has new machines, the other tenants are friendly and I feel safe here. Being able to have my dog move on too is so awesome

The staff were very courteous and efficient in installing our new dishwasher. They installed it quickly ans all the staff treat every resident with respect Thank you

Very clean and quiet building, spacious suites and balconies. The front door to the building now locks at a certain time which is great because homeless can’t just walk in unless they are let in and since moving here I haven’t seen any inside. Wonderful attentive landlord.

Preet the building manager has been nothing but amazing. Cleaning up the building! The building feels like home. New washers and dryers, clean property and beautiful friendly neighbors. Best apartment I’ve lived in in my life. Thanks for all you do for us Preet!

Site Manager good , Experience as a whole with Broadwalk real bad !!!! Would not recommend Broadwalk to anyone , stay away from them !!!!

Lived here for 3 years. Great location and quiet building. Neighbourhood is okay too.

I asked for help with installation of a under-cabinet kitchen light I bought. I got that plus a wonderful surprise: track lighting in my kitchen and dining room. What a terrific Christmas present. Thank you Boardwalk and especially, Kimberley.
