Braden Equities Inc is the best property management company in this city. This company rented a nice house within my budget for 5 years at a very reasonable price. Every one of their staff was very helpful and friendly. The environment inside and outside my house was very pleasant. Thanks for the excellent service.

I live at pioneer apartments in Fort Saskatchewan. I have been living there for over a year now. Love this building and the area. The building is quiet, and the other tenants are awesome. The building is clean and well maintained and the yard looks amazing in the spring and the summer. The building manager Kelly is amazing. She is always on top of anything, works hard and is very personable. Very happy living here.

After acquiring several properties over the years, I've decided to hire property managers because my family and I can't handle everything all by ourselves; since we're all individually busy with our own lives and most of us travel a lot. Braden Equities has been a blessing to us. Can't really say anything about their professionalism and how they handle our family properties. I highly recommend them.

The location is great, it located in the heart of the Downtown area. Close to the Oliver area and Jasper Ave. The rent is pretty much reasonable. The property manager at Sussex Apartment is the best. Whenever there is a problem and you contact him he gets right back to you. He treated my family with respect and we applaud him for that. I lived there for over 5 years and I couldn't asked for a better property manager

I was moving to Edmonton from BC. I thought about moving to Red Deer. I end up speaking to a lady there about a rental. She guided me to Braden Equities. I looked on line and found a rental in Edmonton. I connected with Cindy at Park Ridge Estates. Its hard to rent coming from another province but Cindy helped me with this process. She sent me the application, she went above and beyond by taking photo's of the suite. She was always there for us throughout the whole process. My application was accepted and I have my new home. She is always kind, friendly and goes above and beyond. Cindy does alot around here to make sure the property always looks presentable. Cindy does not hesitate to assist with any repairs and gets them done in a timely fashion. She also keeps the building very clean and tidy. Cindy is one of the best manager that I have come across.

The whole building looks beautifully kept, and my apartment was no exception. For such a wonderful location, the price is quite reasonable. Will come here again soon.

Braden Equities was my first rental. Everything about this place appeals to me. The people, culture, and facilities make everything feel at home. First and foremost, the leasing office is fantastic; the manager and staff were extremely helpful in making my decision. Before I signed my leasing agreement, I visited the apartment at least three times, either by myself or with a friend. Every time I visited, the leasing office was patient and answered all of my questions without hesitation. In fact, they collaborated with me to design my lease agreement around my school schedule and provided the best option for me.

I had just moved to Edmonton and was looking for a place when I found Londonderry Heights. The building was well maintained throughout my time there and the rent was really affordable. I only moved out because I bought my own place, otherwise it would have been the best place to live. The building manager Aurora was also a pleasure to deal with, she readily available to help when needed. I would highly recommend.

sussex apartments At the beginning I wasn't sure about this place because it had bad reviews, but I've been living here 4 years now and I can't complain. The building manager is always attentive to whatever situation I present him with and always had a prompt and favourable solution. He also have a very nice personality which helps a lot, he is very approachable and charismatic.
