DONT GO HERE. SIMPLE AS THAT. I got a drug and alcohol evalution done here, tested clean for all drugs but not alcohol since I shared a glass of wine the night before with my boyfriend at dinner. I’m 22 years old so I’m allowed to drink alcohol. However they are so money hungry that they now want me to do treatment once a week and 2 AA meetings a week, which keep in mind is going to cost hundreds of dollars. It’s a scam. I even called my court and they said to find another place to get it redone. So if you want them to scam you and take your money, go here. If not , then dont.

I called to schedule appt with one of their therapists, she never returned my call. I called again to schedule appt with different therapists, after being on hold for several minutes the gentleman said he'd call me back. He never did. I called to find out what had happened and he offered me appt dates totally irrelevant to what I had told him previously. They definitely need more professional staff answering the phones that follow through with what they say they're going to do.

Front desk greatly improved since a few years ago. My counselor is caring but all business. Location is seedy, but overall not bad.

The service for me was just fine. Sometimes the receptionists were kind of distant or rude. My psych guy got me on a medication that helped me, but my main problem was how they scheduled appointments. I ride trimet most of the time, so when I have to travel by bus for an hour and a half and I'm ten minutes late and must reschedule, then the next time I go there my appointment with the doc couldn't have lasted more than two minutes..and this was the SECOND time! Anyways, I don't go there any more and I'm doing wonderfully getting medicated the natural way. However I suppose if transportation isn't an issue for you than you will probably like the place more than I did, and I didn't hate it.
