I have never waited that long here and when it is a longer wait it is generally during flu season.  There make a point of having comfort items to make the wait a bit better and great care from the doctors and nurses.

Been here twice this past year. Usually on a weekend unfortunately. The main problem with this place is the ridiculous wait times. Told me that I can always go to the ER in Hillsboro. Tried to call and get wait times, apparently no one at kaiser can tell me what the wait time is at the ER. So, how can anyone make an informed decision? They either need an additional urgent care location or they just need more doctors. Sat in the waiting room in pain for a long time.
