Daughter had an accident with a hot pan. Was told by her pediatrician office to come here, this happened on a Saturday or I would have just gone to the doctor's. Never heard if this place before and now I know why. Walked up explained our need, the lady rudely told me that we could be seen at 2:30. It was before 1pm at the time. I thought to myself over an hour and a half wait with a burn on a 7 year olds fingers? I asked her if they take walk ins and she said that was her walk in time. I declined and said I'll go to Providence Urgent Care down the road and turned around to walk out. The women stopped me to give me a magnet to call in advance for next time, I politely declined. This place is NOT an urgent care it's a weekend doctor's office!! What place tells a child in pain to wait over an hour and a half??!!?? Avoid taking your child at all cost. BTW we got to Providence Urgent Care in about 10 minutes. They saw us RIGHT AWAY. Offered my daughter an ice pack and coloring crayons and book. AMAZING. We got in, was seen and home by about 2:30!! GO TO PROVIDENCE FIRST AND AVOID RANDALLS AT ALL COST!

Excellent experience! Great doctor and support staff + a clean bright office. Plentiful parking too. Thank you Randall Children's Urgent Care for listening to our concerns and taking prompt care of our preschooler. Hopefully we won't require a visit again, but we'll know exactly where to go should the need arise.

I brought my daughter here really late and sat in the urgent care room over an hour and a half. The people were kind and quickly identified my daughter's strep throat then sent us on our way. We picked up her medication the following day without havingto wait.

I've been several time with bothe of my kids. The doctors are fabulous and the front end staff are extremely helpful. I also really like their online reservation system.

I have taken my kids here for after hours care for the past 3 years and have always had a great experience. The physicians and staff are awesome to me and my kids. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend parents to bring your kids here.
