Just had the worst experience of my life. I was just sold inadequate auto coverage. After I paid I questioned why the price was different from previous renewals. I found it was because I had no collision insurance and would have to pay out of pocket if I was in an accident. I immediately requested it be corrected and was told it's impossible. I was screamed at by the two overly caffeinated and emotionally distraught ladies who work there that I had circled and initialled and therefore obviously they had explained everything clearly. It took them less then a minute to get so frustrated to say "Actually it's time for you to go or we'll call the RCMP" and then they faked making the phone call and stopped talking to me. I still don't have adequate coverage and have no idea what to do to fix this. I'll try another shop and I'm sure they'll sort it out for me.

Easy going, friendly staff which never disappoint. I left HUB International on Hwy 33 frustrated and the staff here was able to assist me. I'd highly recommend this location!
