Worst experience of my life. After spending 9 months shopping for a vehicle, purchasing it with a dealership and having everything run smoothly.. Kayla from Capri completely slaughtered my experience. She was uninformed, confused/confusing, trying to rush things and was clear about wanting to finish with me to make the money off me she makes for driving to the dealership. She made many errors, wasted our time, was unprofessional and underqualified. I cried the day I bought my brand new vehicle because I was rushed out the door, then chased after while driving away so I could stand in the cold while Kayla fixed mistakes.. She was trying to get me to drive off without the proper paperwork in the first place when I KNEW something was wrong. Thank goodness for the finance department at the dealership.. they helped more with my insurance than Kayla did and it was upsetting to see all their hard work go down the drain when I was in tears over the last step of my purchase.

Chris Mills works Saturdays at Auction World along the highway in Kelowna and is fantastic! Incredibly efficient at setting you up with the appropriate vehicle insurance. As a bonus, he's got a great sense of humour to make the process all the more enjoyable. Thx again for your help Chris!

We were looking to transfer insurance for our daughter from Alberta to British Columbia. We fully understand that ICBC has a monopoly on insurance there and the rules can be quite different but the most disappointing thing was the lack of customer service in the four agencies we tried before this one to the point where two of them had our daughter in tears. I called directly to the Operations Manager at Capri insurance and he assured me that he understood our dilemma and would be happy to help. He put me in touch with Tracy at the Powick Road location. She was absolutely incredible. Patient, kind and willing to seek solutions. She even stayed late to accommodate our daughter's overly busy schedule. The premium was less than expected and all is once again as it should be. We are so very impressed and grateful for her time and understanding. She was terrific!

I have a commercial liability insurance with Capri for a few years now. Absolutely amazing customer service, helpful and professional over the years!!
