I dont know why everyone doesnt deal with these people they make buying insurance a breeze I laff at all those people in line ups at super store

Absolutely excellent service. Danika and Lindsey helped me out today big time getting some difficult paper work done and entertaining my 1.5 year old son who was get pretty antsy waiting. Great job !

Sarah called me a week before my insurance was due, then I also received a text message today, reminding me that my auto insurance would expire in 2 days. They hand delivered my insurance papers to my house - in a snow storm - to make sure that I didn't miss the deadline. They have been extremely easy to deal with - accommodating and pleasant. I am not sure how anyone could say their customer service is terrible. I have never had any other company go so far to meet the needs of their clients. I will not go back to my old insurance broker. Highly recommended.

Southern Insurance was involved when I purchased my vehicle, and they did not even ask if I was an experienced driver and charged me the full amount without the 10-year driver discount which I was entitled to (I did not know the discount at the time). The next year another Insurance company suggested me the 10-year experienced driver discount which saved me over $300! I went back to the Southern Insurance asking to correct the error they caused in previous year, and they just told me they could not do anything! They are supposed to be the Auto Insurance specialist but they are not doing their part adequately and are not actively helping. I will never use this Insurance company again! Will definitely not recommend to anyone.
