The team here is so nice and helpful. Kelly Ann and Tannis stand out as Ive dealt with both of them and they were nothing but awesome. Tannis even went above and beyond by catching a mistake made by ICBC and rectifying it right away. I cant recommend this location enough!

They are not professional and have no experience.
They made a mistake on the auto insurance and cancelled one and got a new licensed plate and new insurance.
I asked refund for the cancelled one many times but no refund.
Terrible customer service and blamed others all the times.

I have used Capri insurance for home, health, and business insurance services for the past 20 years. The whole team from the front end staff to the office managers have treated my family with care and respect. Thank you Lana. Thank you Joe and the rest of the team
