Got attitude when we asked questions. Wanted us to sign we denied services never offered and became patronizing and attitudinal when we asked what we were signing and why we weren't offered the information. Refused to give her card or her name, we had to ask other staff. Evelyn should not be in customer service. The rest of staff defended Evelyn's right not to give us the info asked for and for her attitude. Will not be back. After previous bad experiences we have tried it again to see if it improves but keeps getting worse. Both shady untrusted business practices and poor service.

I recently used this location to purchase insurance. Within a month the company had SOLD MY INFORMATION TO A TELEMARKETING AGENCY. If you have also experienced this, please file a complaint with the CRTC.
