I have been using Working Ventures for over 15 years and so grateful that they actually take the time to do the research thoroughly each and every year to get me the best quotes based on my changing needs. I have been working with Michelle for over 7 years and she has been wonderful and despite the rising cost of insurance , I look forward to speaking with her every year as I know she is truly looking out for us and providing us with as many options and guidance to make sure we are getting the best possible coverage at the lowest cost.
We have been with Working Ventures Insurance Solutions for a number of years. Previously we were with WE Insurance. Sheila Chambers has been our broker all these years. In today's world when so often you can't talk to a real person or things take forever to be resolved it is even more outstanding to receive great personal service. Sheila Chambers has consistently been thorough and honest. Always giving us up-to-date information so we could make good decisions as our needs have changed over the years. As our insurance broker she has just been phenomenal to work with. She checks on us when it's renewal time to see if anything has changed or been updated. Sheila happily goes over our policy with us and patiently answers our questions. Just wanted to let her know how much we appreciate her.

Excellent experience dealing with Working Ventures Insurance. They insured our parents' home for over 20 years with no issues in regards to expertise and service. When it came time to sell our family home, Michelle was thoughtful and guided us easily through closing the home policy at just the right time in the house title transfer process. Everything is great until you actually have to make a claim. Be prepared to get "the run around". I would give zero stars if I could.
