O2 Sensor replacement very well handled! I was informed that the threads on the manifold connecting to the O2 sensor may strip, which would result in a $700 increase for replacing the manifold as well. The automotive tech who handled this was able to replace the O2 sensor without damaging the threads on the manifold, so I am very grateful that my bill was greatly reduced to his efforts.

I dealt specifically with John and I was beyond impressed. He was extremely helpful from the moment I walked through the doors all the way to the number crunching and test driving.He was knowledgeable and helpful, accommodating and friendly throughout. The dealership was clean and spotless and everyone had a smile and welcomed you with open arms. I would highly recommend John for anyone visiting West Coast Mazda.

Super happy with my used Mazda 3 purchase. Patrick was very friendly and helpful throughout the transaction and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I would highly recommend stopping by West Coast Mazda if looking for a new or used car.

Just bought a 2018 CX3 GT Tech! every bit of luxury, styling, and technology you could want. We liked them so much at our house we bought 2! Mine is the nicer one though...

Horrible. Service manager did not complete work that was requested (4 recalls and mirrors under warranty). Brought car in 1st time – only 3 out of 5 items completed. Brought car in a 2nd time – completed recall repairs and then lied saying that “all work had been done”. Brought car in a 3rd time to have burning brake smell inspected (during 2nd time the e-brake was worked on and they overtightened) Got home and noticed mirrors were still leaking white fluid. Called service manager - he lied over the phone and blamed poor weather for mirror warranty work not being finished the day before. Work order showed it was never scheduled. Service manager offered to waste more of my time coming in a 4th time to have the work completed without taking responsibility for being dishonest. Damaged rear brakes while recall repair was tended to. Took 3 days for 5 items and the work still was not done. Will not be back to West Coast Mazda.
