Visited their Parts dept. I had an unusual request that required the staff to do quite a bit of digging for information, all to supply me with a part worth $11. 
Everything was done with a smile. 
I'm a very satisfied customer.

I recently bought a vehicle from Maple Ridge VW and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their sales staff and admin staff.  They were not pushy and let me walk around the lot without the fear that someone was "about to pounce" on me.  I didn't feel like they were a lion looking at prey.  Adam and Rob went out of their way to make my time there easy and enjoyable.  I would recommend this dealership over and over again.

AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID ! I bought a car from this place & although I got good customer service from Charles (sales),  the "on the road" price I negotiated with Rob was not honored, despite repeatedly asking for confirmation that there would be no hidden extras, add-ons or additional fees or costs. Avoid this garage. They even charge a rip-off $600 for so-called admin. ! What a bunch of scumbags !

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.This dealership has the best team who will make you feel at ease and respected. It makes the buying process easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend Lorne and Adam this dealership has top quality people and top quality products the cars have been fantastic
