Highly recommended. Just purchased my 2nd car from these folks. Simple operation - you're not paying for fancy buildings - and that is reflected in their prices. The car I just purchased had a couple of minor issues, and they took care of these right away for me, and provided a loaner while it was being repaired. Very personable, and you quickly get the sense that they are not selling you a "bill of goods" but that you're getting straight information. I'll be back.

Stop and visits the guys at cypress! I don't like car salemans or the experience much, but at cypress they set the bar on what buying a car experience should be. They make it right EVERY time. So much so, I even sent my mom to them. Everyone is treated like family...or better depending on you family! Great people!

I just had to come and do a review of Cypress auto brokers. I’d honestly thought buying a new car would be fun!? But after a solid month I was so tired of the high pressure sales, I was seriously thinking of just using transit. But Then I came across Cypress. They’re a bit hidden on a one way street past Canadian tire. First off they had a car that I was definitely interested in, but they were super laid back and didn’t use any of the usual high pressure sales tactics. I actually went back 3 times before making my decision. Each time Zabi and Aaron were both excellent. Offered me the keys to take out the car each time I went back. They had the car proof reports, a complete inspection already done and the car was clean and detailed. I made the leap about a week ago and couldn’t be happier with my choice. I’ve been enjoying my new ride. I noticed the second set of keys weren’t working properly and another little issue with the passenger door not locking. They made me an appt to bring it in on Saturday and have the issue fixed. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Cypress to do my business. I love supporting our local businesses and I’d highly recommend that before you make a decision on your next car/truck that you stop by and see them. Don’t forget to tell them that I sent you!

Very positive experience! No pressure and most helpful and respectful dealing with sales people. They aim to please and want to make sure you are happy with purchase. Great car and great price. I would definitely buy from them again. Recommend highly! Thank you.

We bought an older CR-V from Zabi and Aaron after looking at several on other lots and privately. These guys are a breath of fresh air in a market with some less-than-ethical people. They are very considerate, genuine and fair. We noticed 3 minor issues with the vehicle. Two they repaired immediately (chip in the windshield and a missing jack), the other, they paid for the necessary work to be done. After 3 weeks, we are very happy with the vehicle and with our dealings at Cypress Auto Brokers.
