Huge shout-out to BRIAN for making our experience so pleasant!nnWe recently picked up our new Ash Green CR-V TrailSport Hybrid from Marv Jones Honda and we are obsessed!!! And so is everyone else who sees it .nn​To highlight our experience: When we first walked in, we weren't entirely sure *what* or even *if* we were going to buy so we decided to give the salesperson the room to show us around.nnBrian did that and then some! He made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. He is incredibly patient, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable.nn​Brian stepped in right away to walk us through all the incredible tech and features of the CR-V. He told us some cool tips and tricks to try right away in our test drive and took the time to explain how the hybrid systems actually work... which, I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t fully grasp until that point.nn​It was so refreshing to deal with someone who actually explains features with genuine passion, rather than just being another salesman trying to out-shark the other sharks or saying whatever it takes just for the sake of forcing out a sale. We felt like we were being shown an awesome car by a fan.nnWe did have a couple of small hiccups along the way, but Brian and the service department were on them immediately and got everything sorted in no time.nnIf you’re looking for a great car that honestly can speak for itself and a person who actually genuinely vouches for the product, BRIAN should be top of your list!
