Very impressed with our experience with WC Kia in our move from a ford lease to a new Soul. Amazing experience! I contacted the dealership before moving back from another province, and John was the one who reached out to me to help coordinate our purchase. He brought in the specific model in the colour we were looking for before we arrived, so we could view it immediately upon coming home. John was so helpful providing us all the information we needed to make the right decision for us. No pressure, just information and great service! Everyone we encountered at the dealership, from the finances department to insurance was fantastic! We are so happy with our vehicle purchase. I recommend the dealership and John to anyone looking for a Kia! Looking forward to having my vehicle serviced here.

Fantastic experience. Charlie was one of the most honest and understanding dealership employees that I have ever worked with. He went out of his way to get things in order, and really seemed to be interested in our needs to get us into the right car. We weren't actually convinced we were going to get a vehicle, but Charlie changed that in just a few days. We felt no pressure at all, and the price we agreed on was the final price paid. Would recommend you check these guys out if you are in the market for a Kia, or just interested in them! I'm definitely recommending them to my family and friends.

Bought a 2018 Forte about 10 days ago. John and Elias helped me get one. Although I bought the least expensive cheap one, they treated me like a customer who is getting a top model. Never rushed, took great time to explain, etc. Good shopping experience. Thanks guys.

They charged me for services I was unaware they were doing on my car. When I contacted higher up in the company, I was told I should have known they were going to be doing more than my oil change (even though that was all I booked with the service department). After buying three cars in three years with a company you'd think you would get good service with the company. Apparently not.
