Take your car anywhere else but this Service Centre! These guys are crooks. I was told I had rodents under my hood and in my engine. I was surprised when the advisor told me this because my car is always parked in our garage and we have never had any rodent problems at our home or in our garage. They "cleaned up" the mess the rodents had made and a month later I returned to the Service Centre to have a new part put on my car. They told me again rodents had been back and were chewing wires and doing damage to my engine. I immediately called the Pest Control company who came to the house and told me there was absolutely no sign of rodents. He left poison in the garage at my insistence and when he returned several days later he showed me none of the poison had been eaten. There was never any rodents there. Ever. He also told me that once a rodent's nest is destroyed they don't build their home in the same place again. (Also worth noting, none of the other cars at our home had this supposed rodent problem.) I called the Service Manager Rick to let him know. Knowing full well he wasn't going to take responsibility he said "Why would we say that if it wasn't true? Why would we do that?" I was charged over $200 to have this "rodent problem" fixed. That's why. These people are liars. This is exactly the kind of service centre that gives the whole industry a bad name. I will never be returning to West Coast Toyota. Beware!

I dealt specifically with Bruce and I was beyond impressed. He was extremely helpful from the moment I walked through the doors and helped me through the vehicle search. He was honest and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my questions throughout the process. The dealership was clean and spotless and everyone had a smile. I would highly recommend Bruce for anyone visiting West Coast Toyota.

I like west coast Toyota is that they are not pushy, and they do have friendly service. And I been seeing them for 6yrs now. Last year i got rear ended and had to get a new car , and using the iCBC paid back money, they were able to help me find me a decent 2nd hand car, and go extra mile to help me acquire some comfort in the safety for the car. I was grateful. Anyway, this is just my own opinion. I believe if one company is always doing honest work, and doing their best, people will come, and words will be spread.

As usual, superb customer service and all pre-arranged services were completed at the estimated cost. The car was also finished 2 hours earlier than the projected time and was washed and ready to go when I arrived. I will have no difficulties maintaining my loyalty to West Coast Toyota in the future.

Laurie Shong worked with us to purchase a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. He is the exact type of sales person we wanted to work with- straight forward, warm, informative, thoughtful and went the extra miles to bring us to the dealership from the ferry when we were picking up our new vehicle. He was very knowledgable and listened to what our needs were in finding the right vehicle. W will definitely recommend Laurie to our friends and family in the market for a vehicle. A really great person and experience!
