Seamless experience, start to finish. A personal thank you to Chris and Darren for providing a great used car buying experience. The airport pick-up was more than appreciated. I bought my vehicle over the phone and was more than pleased when I saw it in person. Chris had placed the car in the showroom, it was fully detailed, and ready to go. Every detail we discussed over the phone was described accurately and truthfully. Exceeded expectations. From what I saw the vehicles on this lot are immaculate, attention to detail is obvious. You could eat off the cars in the showroom, cleaner than new cars. My drive back to Calgary was awesome (first time driving through BC). Chris even provided chains in case I got into bad weather, luckily I only encountered a few miles of snow/slippery roads just before Kamloops. Stayed overnight at a "prestige" resort in Salmon Arm on the waterfront, really nice little town. You live in a beautiful province, I will be back to explore soon. Highly recommend this dealership to all! Thanks again

Great place to buy a car. Chris and Darren are awesome individuals. We bought our Jeep Patriot from them. They helped us every step of the way, even picked us up in Richmond couple of times, which was awesome since we just landed in Vancouver and did not have transportation etc. Took the time to give us advice on driving up to Yukon, and helped us on our way with snow chains and The Milepost. Highly recommended!

I bought a used truck in June, I've been really happy with it and was kind of waiting to review in case something went wrong (it's 19 years old with 300k...). But it's been reliable, everything I expected. Chris was good, nice salesman, not pushy. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay, and they wouldn't negotiate, but as it was the exact type of truck (Toyota Tacoma)/model I wanted I went ahead. Glad I did!

We have purchased five vehicles through Daren and Chris. They are very honest and helpfull. Good after sales follow up and service. They don't dicker on price much as their pricing is already set quiet fairly. Good guys to deal with.

Not a huge fan of reviews, but will make an exception in this case as it's worth noting. Bought a vehicle from Mission Ridge Auto Sales found on Craigslist. Took a chance and drove out to Maple Ridge to check it out. Saw it on a Sunday, went back on Wednesday (after humming and hawing), picked it up Friday. Chris was helpful, respectful and didn't push (I dislike pushy sales people - most buyers know what they want and don't need some sales person to sell what they want to sell). That part was pretty basic as far as buying a car goes. What Chris did next is what makes this dealership stand out - he stood behind his sale by having a repair made that he could have no way of knowing it existed. Without hesitation he just said, "It needs to be fixed right." He reimbursed me for the shop repair immediately and without hesitation. Hats off to Chris and Mission Ridge Auto for standing behind what every dealer should do - "Customer satisfaction after the sale" Would recommend them to anyone looking to make their next auto purchase.
