HORRIBLE! i have been trying to get my daughters immunization sheet faxed over to a different clinic. Dont call, they never answer phones. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 weeks straight, I have called at least 15 times a day, every day. Phones are either busy or just rings right through. Not even an email address or voicemail. Can't wait until I find a new doctors office.

Doesn't answer phones.
Will cancel appointment if you're 5 minutes late.
