Story

Lavallee Health Centre is located between Pembroke and Petawawa and is one of the largest multidisciplinary clinics in the Ottawa Valley. We offer Massage Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine, Physiotherapy, Holistic Nutrition and Registered Dietetics, Cooking Classes and Mindfulness.
We offer appointments from 7:30 am to 8:15pm Monday to Friday and we have several therapists available on Saturdays as well. Check out our convenient online booking tool that allows you to book in real time and change and manage your appointments as needed. We have reception services available until 4pm from Monday to Friday, but not on the weekends.

Shauna and her team, especially Calvin and Paige, play an integral part in our health and well-being. Appointments are conveniently easy to book online, and I am never kept waiting. We are fortunate to have Lavallee Health Centre in Pembroke!

I've worked very closely with Shauna the owner, the leadership team and most of the remaining team members.  Lavallee is a very professional organization that treats both its clients and team members with respect, results and integrity.  What a great company!

I don't believe I have ever seen a more welcoming environment filled with great professionals.  It's a beautiful place that lifts your spirits every time you walk in.  It only gets better from there...these people I could swear have magical powers, they're that good.  Prices are very reasonable but I'm covered by a workplace benefit plan so it's basically free to a certain point for me - a no brainer for anybody with some coverage from work.
