The staff was really nice and friendly. However, it took a really long time to get an appointment and when I finally did the sleep study, it took 3 months to get the results. In total, I had to live exhausted and feelibg like garbage for 4 - 5 months because the doctor there (from Toronto) took a long vacation and was back-logged. The amount of time it took was unacceptable.
