My daughter is suffering with Endometriosis & ovary cysts. Checked Lorna Vanderhaeghe's book & made a list of reccomended supplements etc with corresponding Amazon prices. I prefer to support local businesses whenever possible.The new location was our last shopping stop in the cold, raw face hurting wind. Open sign was on but door locked. The lady answered my "Are you open?" With an irritated " I dont know anymore! , not sure what she's doing" I asked if I could just step in out of the wind. I had a list & perhaps she could retrieve items for me. I asked for prices as I went down list. First item was$12 more & 2cd was $ 20! She really got snitty when I told her of the difference from that of Amazon. She came towards me with a tone & body language of Get Out! But the words were " Have a nice day!" I apologized & said I hoped she could understand that it was just too high of a difference. She repeated "Have a nice day!!" Her tone & manner was obviously meant the opposite. I went back to the car to my waiting husband & related the experience to which he responded " We are never coming back here" A few years ago I would have cried & been bothered for days...now I come home have a glass of wine & write a review. I see my hubby beat me to it!
New location, new Staff? New prices? Not friendly and overpriced. By... a lot! Too bad, we would have been good customers. You have a nice day too.....
Excellent service provided by very knowledgable staff! If they don't have an answer they will seek to find one. Always willing to help. Great products that are well researched and priced very competitively. Owner is an amazing person who takes pride in her business and more importantly her customers. If you have any issues speak with her and she will address. Hands down...best health shop!!
Stopped in today to check out the store and maybe pick up a few items. The lady working there was friendly and really knew her stuff! I will definitely be a return customer.
