Maggie was super kind and helpful explaining the ins and outs of CPAP therapy to a family member! Would recommend Vitalaire anytime :
Service itself is awesome but trying to get ahold of the office is like pulling teeth. I have tried calling 4 times this week. Each time, you have to call a 1-800 number who places you in que for over 2 hours +. Give us the ability to call the office directly. Its unacceptable to wait on hold or wait that long for a simple call back or question.
Vitalaire is an outstanding and the people are very friendly and would recommend them anytime
Great customer service, and assistance with setting up services for a family member. Highly recommended.
The lady was so helpful and knowledgeable.
