My husband who had cancer and has recently passed away! Had these angels(his words) coming to our house to look after him! They were awesome,without them his last months of his life would of been spent in hospitals! They were most caring & dedicated girls;who went above & beyond! They also were also my best support! It takes special people to do this line of work!! Hats off to you all! Keep up the great work! Thanks from our family & Winnie!

Recently I was hit by a drunk driver and have been unable to do anything for myself. My insurance setup Bayshore to come help with personal care and helping to tidy and clean my house. After two visits of my Car insurance paying for this I canceled and had the military take over covering the cost of there service however this time it was for cleaning only. After setting up a simple schedule with them I we should be good to go. This was a major mistake. 75% of my visits were cancels due to a sick employee or just bad planning on there part, outside of this they also rarely called me to inform me of the cancellation. I had a different person come to my house each time they actually came and if I wasn't able to watch most of the employees I would catch them all the time on there phones not working. They charged the military for all the appointments even if they missed them and also double charged my insurance company which I'm sure is insurance fraud. I if at all possible will never use any of there services again.
