West Bay Dental Care

I've been going to this dentist for years and it's been nothing but pleasant, clean and well run. The front counter ladies are delightful, I always have pleasant "conversation" a lot of open mouth one word responses with the hygienists while they clean, which always makes the time go by quickly! And both the dentist's are always very kind and informative. I don't actually dread going to th dentist anymore!

The 1 star reviews are strange. I just went here for the first time and I was impressed. Burns is an awesome hygienist, ladies at the front are super cool and Dr. Grand is a great dentist. Worth booking an appointment.

I've been coming here also at other location since I was a teenager. Excellent dentist and dental care. I won't leave, even though the location is inconvenient for me.

Be warry of procedures advised. Was told I "needed" a root canel got a second opinion. A year later I am still chomping on the same tooth. I guess I "needed" a different dentist. Seems strange to be so hastey about such an expensive procedure. Made me feel like their motives were not in my best interest.

Have been seeing Dr. Lauren and Julia Grand since they took over the practice from Dr. Nash many years ago. They are amazing and do not suggest unneeded cosmetic improvements unless you specifically ask.

Receptionists are crude and ignorant.
