Broad Street Dental Centre

Most thorough yet painless cleaning I've ever had. My hygienist was so confident and knowledgeable I felt completely at ease. She gave me a lot of good information! The dentist was also very positive and you could tell he was excited to be at work. They don't push anything unnecessary either which is refreshing. The practice is very friendly, passionate and honest. They love what they do and it shows! Will recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental work!

I've been afraid of dentists all my life but could not avoid going any longer. Dr Huynh knew how nervous I was and took his time to put me at ease explained what he was doing and made me feel relaxed through the whole process. His staff is great and very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a dentist this is the place to go.

Dentistry done right. The staff, the equipment, and the location are spot on... and just wait until you see the quality of care and service they provide. I never thought there was such a thing as a five star dentist, but Dr. Huynh and his team of excellent hygienists, receptionists, and assistants prove me wrong every single time I step foot in the door. With a vivacious sense of humor and an effort to make all feel comfortable, he leads by example the way our society ought to feel about dentistry as a whole.

Two month waiting period for an appointment. I called on April 23, 2018, and spoke to the receptionist. I was polite and professional; I advised that I was having some fairly serious pain in my mouth and knew that I needed immediate care. I am a new patient, but have been living in Victoria for 3 years. During the call, the receptionist starting speaking to a patient/customer in the office and I heard her say "just so you guys know, those services are never covered by insurance." This was really rude and unprofessional. I was then told that it would be a two month wait for a near emergency appointment. As a business owner myself, I often look to these types of reviews to improve the service et al my businesses. My hope is that this review will be read by the owner of this clinic and he will implement some changes and coach the receptionist to offer a higher level of service to patients over the phone and onsite. I called another dentist and was given an appointment the very next day. I was also offered an immediate appointment. I am hoping this review will help activate others who have been treated this way at this clinic to speak up.

Although I'm not a regular costumer, I have asked to treat my emergency several times. For each case, the staff is friendly, and the doctor gives me a best treatment and the detail. I'm satisfied with their service. I can recommend my friends to go this clinic.
