I will not cater to paranoid hypochondriacs. The mask mandate is over. Science does not support wearing them. I refuse to breathe in my own waste by wearing a face diaper. I cancelled my appointment when I was refused entrance without one. There are plenty of dentists who do not adhere to this ridiculous refusal to face facts.

Just had two fillings with Dr. Neha Singla and she did a great job! Has a good bedside manner, too

Clean and modest dental clinic. I had a couple cavities that needed filling - I've had a few bad freezing experiences in the past - but during my appointments at James Bay Dental, I didn't even feel the needle - furthermore, Dr. Vorobyev is thorough with his work. Front staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Hygenist and assistants are great and made me feel comfortable - I highly recommend James Bay Dental if you are looking for dentist!

I have been coming to James Bay Dental and seeing Dr. Vorobyev for over a year and could not be happier. He takes the time to explain everything and is very knowledgeable. The staff is extremely professional and the dental care is exceptional in every regard from routine cleaning to more complicated procedures. Would highly recommend. One of the best dentists in Victoria!

WONDERFUL staff, great office. My daughter now 11 years old had always been fearful of the dentist since she was 4. We switched over to James Bay Dental last year and it was the first time I had ever seen a hygienist make her feel at ease and Dr. Vorobyev communicates with her so well. I'm very pleased with our new dentist.

Not sure about the other negative reviews, but I went to Hillside Mall for my first check up in years and needed three fillings, which were done for around $1k. One of the fillings was heavily bugging me so I went to these guys in James Bay and was well taken care of. Sadly, the three fillings I had done at Hillside now all need to be replaced about two years later, but the initial one was bugging me one year in. I’m pretty annoyed at the office at Hillside as their team wasn’t even very kind, and the dentist didn’t seem too confident. I haven't had any issues with James Bay Dental so, I mean, give them a shot.

I’ve been looking for a good and reliable dentist around town for 3 years but nothing compares to the professionalism of Dr.Vorobyev and his friendly staff at James Bay dental. I always leave feeling well informed about my dental hygiene.

Worst dentist ever. Couldn't even do routine fillings which they recommended I get replaced. Last year I had to go 4 times to redo the same filling, and this year I went almost half dozen times for one routine filling. My teeth weren't even bugging me, but now it's been over 3 months since I can eat anything on the left side of my mouth. These guys are real quacks and I wouldn't let them touch your mouth with a 10 foot pole. Find a dentist that can do the job right the first time...or at least the second time. If you're not afraid of dentists you will be, when you finish with these guys.

Horrible dentist, shouldn't even be in practice. They messed up a simple filling and had to go to another dentist to fix their mistakes. I thought the whole idea of going to a dentist was to help you, not give you more pain than when you started ! I guess if you like to be in pain and waste money on procedures that actually damage your teeth, than yeah, go ahead and try this place ! I can't believe there are dentists this bad in Victoria.
