Dr. Jennifer Serink

Was my first visit in probably 10 years. This time was for a root canal. Even with the odds against them, Dr. Serink and her entire team have made it okay to go to the dentist again. I even felt up to an hour or more of cleaning to follow that sitting. I will be back again regularly. They have my trust.

I was seeking a dentist who would be understanding and gentle. I have dentist trauma from when I was a child. So pleased I found this office. Everyone is very nice and the service was efficient and well priced.

I just moved to James Bay and found Dr. Serink's Dental office in the same plaza as Burt the Barber. (Parliament Mews?). I decided to give her a try because the other Dental office in James Bay looked a bit flashy. I've been to the flashy dental office before and all that I felt was pressure to have additional procedures and more and more work done. One of them even offered me Botox! Ha. Anyway. Dr. Serink (Jenn) has to be one of the best Dentists in town. She is friendly, gentle, and doesn't try to up sell you on anything you don't need. I felt in control and totally comfortable. She gave me choices on how I wanted the treatment to go and talked to me in a respectful way that I could understand. I have to say that this was the best experience at a Dentist that I've had so far. I would recommend Jenn to anyone looking for a new or better Dentist. Tracy
