Wendy's

Very long wait times, and the last time I was there they gave me the wrong change. When I bought it to their attention they first refused, then I brought out the receipt, did the math for them and requested my correct change again. Finally got the missing $4 back, but felt like I really didn't and shouldn't have to do that.

Disapointing! Staff focused on chores ignores drive through. 10 minutes to get a couple of sandwiches? Really? After having me pull up and wait. Manager brought sandwich to door but made me come to her because she did not have keys to get back in the locked door. No napkins in the bag. And to think I paid for this level of service.🤔 No coupons or in store credits. I don't deserve further punishment!

Had a great experience. Staff was as friendly as needed. The dining area needed some attending but was not that dirty. The food was Hot n Fresh and very delicious. Thank you to the staff.

People are usually friendly, but you can tell that they hate their jobs. They always say the right thing, but you can hear the distain in their voice. They are usually busy, so that could be it. The fries suck, but the burgers are good.

This was simply terrible. I was very disappointed because Wendy is the final choice for me for fast food meals. The hamburger was obviously pre-cooked, lukewarm, and dry. So Wendy's has now taken a place alongside McDonald's and Burger King for places I won't stop in again.
