I was first upset that I had a hard time hearing the person clearly, then when my cars was taken for payment she said "I guess you have a nice name because my middle name is Louise." the way it was said put me off but she was pleasant enough otherwise so that's whatever, it's fine... The part that bothered me was that no one said "thanks for your patience" or "thanks for waiting" or acknowledged the wait time between order and pick up through drive through. Maybe I've been in customer service positions and had to coach people on it too many times so I'm pickier than others but it wasn't handled well. Customer service in a fast food place is something that's key to a happy customer... The lock for a happy customer - what locks them into coming back time and again - is the food. There has to be at least decent and preferably good / tasty food. Don't expect it to be healthy bit at least taste good... The burgers were alright but the fries were horrible. They tasted old, they felt like they'd either been fried twice or fried too long... They were tough, not that they were overly crispy but they were tough. They were no good and went in the garbage. Wholly unpleasant.

I wish I could post 0 stars. On Saturday evening, March 3, 2018, I came in with my nieces and nephews for Happy Meals and playtime. The next morning the two who had eaten McNuggets were vomiting; it could only be the nuggets since it was the only food that others in our group hadn't eaten. I called to report the situation and talked to a manager who said her name was Janelle. She had NO concern and asked if a doctor had said it was the nuggets. I did not want a refund, but some concern would have been appropriate. Perhaps some follow-up to make sure that the nuggets were not contaminated in some way.

It's McDonald's, don't expect too much. The food is good for fast food and service is nice. I assume that they recently just remodeled since the interior looks nice. This location, I honestly just think they need more staff. When I go I usually order 20 Mcnuggets. Honestly though no matter what you order there is always a long wait. At least the food taste good.

The place was VERY busy, I got a large combo yet my fries were not fresh by any means. In fact they had been re-fried. My burger was extremely greasy and my bun was soggy. I've been visiting McDonalds less and less over the years because the service and quality have been going down the drain. Seeing how I just recently moved from one state to another and the service is the same, I feel the brand itself is crumbling.

They have a newly renovated kid's playground inside here. It's free to use. It does get busy here during lunch. So plan your trip here before 11:30 or after 12:30
