McDonald's

They constantly mess up my order. I have found they mess up my order more when they are slow than busy. Lately when I have gone there the fries have tasted old and flavorless. I have had things not assembled correctly. They have forgot to put everything in the kids meals. They wonder why they can't have $15 an hour, thus would be why. I will give them credit on trying to make it right if you call and let them know they messed up. They have offered to refund or a free meal replacement next time I come in. Be prepared if you do the meal replacement to have to play 21 questions so they can make sure you are not lying.

Employees are not friendly. There are a couple great employees (guy with the black hair is amazing) and the rest are short with you and make you feel like you are not welcome. The food is okay, the same as everywhere else. They are pretty good at special requests (plain cheeseburger or something similar) but seem to always have a machine down, like the shake machine or something like that. After a machine is not working 2/3'rds of the time, you would think that corporate would replace it. But they obviously don't care about anything except making money, and you can see that in the staff.

This visit was pretty bad. Management & employee's we're cursing in front of customers/guests. The cashier shouted out to her associates " who's good at math!?" because she didn't know the correct amount of change to return. The food prices for certain items in the last month seems to have increased. I enjoy McDonald's, but this visit if not for my boyfriend's company. Was not worth more than one star

Horrible service. The manager was not allowing anyone to help, I think she felt like she had to do everything herself. We went inside to place our order. They lost the order in front us, the party that the order was lost said she waited over 20 minutes for her order. We had people coming in from the drive through who order was not correct. The manager was more concerned about filling drive through orders and not getting the orders for the people in the lobby. I am sure they filled over 12 drive through orders before we got our order, this was after we asked if we were going to get our order or not.

A lot of people say this place sucks, but being an employee, I can tell you it isn't always as bad as it's made out to be. It all just depends on who's working when you go. Saturdays and Sundays are when the most reliable employees work, quite honestly.
