Linn County DHS

By far worse office I have ever dealt with in my entire life 15 years ago my kids were taken from a family member why I was incarcerated me and my kids father rights were terminated every month for the last 15 years I have called this DHS office in regards to either having contact with my kids or asking the family to allow me to have contact with my kids there has been no line of communication there is been no one that can help me in this office after Cedar Rapids have destroyed so many kids livedin this state and have them addicted to Ridlen and other heavy drugs families that adopt these kids do not care for them properly and DHS just sweeps it under the rug I promised myself that I would do whatever in my power to make sure once my kids return home that I will make the system feel the same pain that I have felt for so long The truth will be brought to light that Cedar Rapids have done to so many families mostly minorities and young women kids and placing them in foster care my name is kenisha moore Melissa Clifton and her supervisor page will not answer or respond to any of my calls because they know that their time is running shortly I will continue to strive to find my kids Quintrell Jeremiah Scott Elisha Marie marshall it is not over

Why does it take so long for someone to respond ?? Rude , seems like they don't care , I can't work do to disability but I really want to be treated like a person .

When I called and talk to this lady she was very nice and took time to answers my questions very nice

My insurance should have been switched over to include prenatal visits....I spent a week calling the number and then them telling me to go down to the office. When I got to the office they told me to call the number. I had, had enough at that point. Then the lady Said ok "well let me ask her shes more knowledgeable" ok well you should have done that in the first place without brushing me off....and im sure this is quite common question too. All i had to do was fill out a new application.

Called the DHS with a question of where to get hesting assistance application for the upcoming winter. They lady was rude to me and gave me the number very quickly . I asked her to repeat it so I could make sure i got the correct number written down . She then rudely hung up on me .... Very impolite lady and mean .... Awful
