I'd give zero but you can't. I went through the drive through and ordered my meal. I got to the first window to pay. I was not greeted at all. She simply put the machine out the window I. Tapped and said thank you and was disregarded. And she turned her back and closed the window. I proceeded to the next window. To get my food again said thank you and did not get a response. I got my drink. The lid was not on. . I did not get my dipping sauce for my nuggets. And my fries We're literally cold. I would not waste my money here again and I really think. That you need to do something about the morale of your staff. Because they're attitudes are brutal. I've been in the serving industry for twenty five years and this is unacceptable

Went for lunch today both cheeseburgers and fries were hot and tasty staff was efficient and somewhat friendly, but most notably, was the most amazing Apple Pecan Salad. The lettuce was as fresh as I've ever seen, and the taste of all the ingredients in the salad was fantastic. We'll definitely be back...

Beyond frustrated and will not be back. Tonight was the 4th time in the last few months that I have ordered a taco salad and received only lettuce with a skimpy amount of cheese and tomato. On two separate occasions, after having noticed my order was incomplete, I had to go back and request the chips, sour cream, and chilli. On these two occasions I had to go back a THIRD time because they left the sour cream or chips out AGAIN. I also must add, the absurd amount of napkin, zero utensils and no straws was thrilling on top of my downsized drink! Do better.

I’m a loyal Wendy’s customer in the Kingston area. Several times a week. This is the first time I stopped in at this restaurant as I was passing by. Will never return. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, dirty, literally no toilet paper and no paper to dry your hands. I can only imagine how disgusting the kitchen is. Not joking.nnThis is at 10:20AM in the morning.nTried to order breakfast at 10:23am…I realize it’s close to menu switch …. However, I still have 7 minutes. They refused to make me breakfast.nAbsolutely pathetic and embarrassment

They always make it hot the food when ordered here..they’re very quick with mobile orders too..they included all essentials in the bag as well..most resto stopped doing that..nnTheir frosty chocolate so good and’ really cold too it’s hard to find another Wendy’s that would do that!!
