I had a very disturbing experience at this Subway location in Brockville.nnI ordered a Piri Piri Ranch Chicken sub, and my receipt clearly shows that I did not request bacon or any pork product. However, after taking a few bites, I realized something was wrong. The bacon was not visible at first — it was hidden inside the chicken, making it impossible to notice initially.nnWhen I checked the sandwich by hand, I found pieces of bacon mixed in. This felt extremely deceptive and careless. I was honestly shocked and started feeling uneasy after realizing what I had just eaten.nnI do not consume pork due to dietary/religious reasons, so this is not a small mistake — it is a serious violation of trust and food handling standards. This raises major concerns about how food is being prepared and whether proper care is taken to avoid cross-contamination.nnThis experience was not only unacceptable but also very upsetting. I have reported this to Subway and will escalate further if necessary.nnI strongly advise anyone with dietary restrictions to be extremely cautious when ordering from this location.

Girls did an AMAZING job. My sandwiches were fully loaded with fresh veggies and veggie patty .nI was on my way from Montreal to Toronto and had Best experience in years !!nWould highly recommend this place

Staff added so much salt to my sandwich that it was completely inedible. It felt like they treated salt as a vegetable.It was also drowning in sauce, making the bread totally soggy.
