Tim Hortons

I am very disappointed with the service I received today at this Tim Hortons.nnEnglish is not my first language, but I did my best to place my order. I spoke slowly and tried to communicate as clearly as I could. Unfortunately, instead of being patient and helpful, some staff members were rude and seemed annoyed that I was having difficulty speaking English.nnOne employee at the cash register did not seem willing to help, and another employee preparing the sandwiches spoke to us in an unfriendly and disrespectful way. I was there with my children and my niece, and this experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.nnCanada is a multicultural country, and many customers speak English as a second language. A little patience, kindness, and respect can make a big difference.nnI hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers are treated with more understanding and courtesy.

I had a cappuccino with almond milk at this Tim Hortons and absolutely loved it! I’ve tried the same drink at other locations before, but it never tasted this good. The flavor was smooth and well-balanced, and the almond milk was frothed perfectly. I really enjoyed it—great experience overall. Also, the toilets were clean.

The drive-thru staff is extremely disappointing. Almost every time I visit, my order is misunderstood or made completely wrong, even when I clearly explain it. Missing ingredients, incorrect items, and wrong customizations happen far too often. Mistakes happen, but this is a consistent issue and really needs to be addressed.

Great coffee as usual, particularly the dark roast. A good selection of muffins and donuts. Clean place, fast service, lots of parking.

Ordered here twice, both times around midnight. The first time my order got completely messed up poured coffee instead of tea, cream instead of milk - really, they typed it in correct and clarified twice, and still got it wrong. Second time very good very smooth.nn50/50 accuracy in my experience so far.
