McDonald's

I guess quality control was slacking tonight. First of all items were missing from my order when I went through the drive thru. Had to drive back to the location only to be served product that looked like it was thrown across the room and stepped on. Why would you serve a customer a fry in a box that is ripped apart?

Our food tasted okay. But long lines and slow to get our orders.

The young man working in lobby was doing an amazing job, keeping the area clean, which is no small task at a McDonald’s near a highway. Very courteous, hard-working saw that I had a disability and politely asked me if he could help by throwing away my tray garbage.nnI wish I caught his name. They should be very proud of his efforts and pay him accordingly.

We went to order in drive through, the device was horrible, a girl named Bianca was taking our order and as our mother was trying to understand, Bianca was being VERY rude and giving us a lot of assorted while our mother was being very kind, the food was cold. Please McDonald’s do better. Thank you! Also I’m pretty sure it was Bianca, if not it was the lady taking orders at 9pm our mother recently got into a car crash and has a brain injury making of a bit harder for her

We were ordering and as we were the lady was getting very rude. She wasn’t very old but she was VERY rude, has no patience for anything and a lot of attitude. Beyond her the food was cold the nuggets tasted very almost old. The fry’s where cold and we where missing our sauces, except the tea is okay. also as we where paying I had three kids in the back, dressed up for Halloween the lady we where paying looked at them giving them filthy looks, there just children. I’m not saying it’s all workers I’m sure some are kind but the service is very rude.
