McDonald's

Treated myself to lunch here not too long ago, hadn’t been to a McDonald’s in quite a long time and absolutely loved the experience I had here.nnThe staff member who took my order was very nice and friendly, I had a McChicken, and a small order of Fries. Sandwich was excellent and the chicken nice and crispy, the fries were also very good.nnDefinitely recommend stopping by this McDonald’s, for sure.

When the title is iced coffee, they really mean ICE, little bit of coffee.nCould hardly even get my straw in the drink there was so much ice, but I had already left town.nReturned later to ask for some actual coffee in my drink, was informed that is the regular amount of ice in the drink! nHorrible policy and manager.

This is the only McDonalds that never has fresh food and ALWAYS gets SOMETHING wrong. Better off driving to Prescott for whats supposed to be the same food. Give your head a shake brockville. Double Mac no onion - received double Mac only onion no sauce. Dont usually leave reviews but I stopped eating mcdonalds over this place.

I guess quality control was slacking tonight. First of all items were missing from my order when I went through the drive thru. Had to drive back to the location only to be served product that looked like it was thrown across the room and stepped on. Why would you serve a customer a fry in a box that is ripped apart?

Went this evening for some dinner. It was slightly busy but there was lots of staff. Our fries came stone cold which is unacceptable when your busy and pumping them out fast they should be fresh and hot. The worst part was the state of the restaurant. It was absolutely filthy and disgusting. I didn't even get photos of the kitchen or bathrooms. The photos included is just the dine in portion. When I complained, the manager could only say his staff were doing more than their jobs. There was garbage everywhere ,spilled drinks, the tables hadn't been wiped, etc. This establishment is a public health nightmare especially with covid still present.
