Gear food great service. Out of all the fast food places I find A&w to have the cleanest locations with the freshest food. They advertise hormone and antibiotic free food which is a plus in my books. This location is great

Great customer service and great staff very friendly and very fresh food, I had never had any problems here , I would recommend this place to you ! I love there food always made fresh and hot. Will be coming back here .

Avoid! Cold food in this chain that prides itself on the freshness of the food they serve. I usually love stopping at A&W for a quick bite on long drives. I'll find another place to stop in the future. This is the second time I stop here and both times was served cold rings, lukewarm burgers, only things served right were my glasses of root beer (ice cold.) This location is clearly not worthy of the usual standards of this chain. I gave it a second chance, shame on me, they won't have a third.

The burger was reheated from earlier in the day maybe 2 hours earlier and the onion rings are exactly like they were 6 months ago....the coating / breading falls off the rings completely - the coating is too light

Check your food , we had BURNT onion rings, cold burgers, took a picture complained in detail to upper management, complaint not taken seriously whatsoever. Please use caution when dealing with them, check your food before you leave... appears to be same management at all Brockville locations they just don't care. Looking at the other Google reviews seems very much the same.
