I ordered from my local Brookville Ontario Pizza Pizza for the first time. I was extremely disappointed with my pizza and wings. For $30 plus tax and delivery driver tip, I received a cold, dry pizza. The wings were cold and dry as well. There was very little sauce and cheese on the pizza. The crust was tough and unedible. We could not finish even one slice. I called the local Pizza Pizza to voice my concerns and the person who answered my call offered to replace the pizza. Who wants another of the same cold dry tasteless pizza.Not me.I told him I wanted a refund. He does not have the authority to do so. Someone must be able to refund a persons hard earned money, when they are dissatisfied and don't want to be forced to take more product they don't like. Please do the right thing and refund my $30. Shame on you.

use to love the place order fron there every week but am currently going on 20 minutes waiting for the guy to bring back the debit machine just for me to tell him my order is wrong and when i called pizza pizza i asked to be transfered to my local store but apparently thats to difficult really mad!

It's the same as any other Pizza Pizza: pretty good fresh pizza as well as pizza-by-the-slice. They usually have good walk-in deals for cheap one-topping pizzas. The air can get a bit thick with fryer grease, so don't be surprised if your clothes pick up a greasy scent.
