Went in for frosties.. the staff are so friendly. They gave our kids toys and a paramedic came in for a frosty as well, they filled her up and didn’t charge her!nLoved the service.
Went to wendys for some food. Coffee is not even full, asked for extra onions, and got 3 onion slices in total.. got an iced coffee, and the sugar at the bottom was not mixed in. Please go to another location. This one isn't worth the money.
My experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing, marked by a frustrating 20-minute wait and shockingly rude staff. From the moment I arrived, the lack of basic courtesy was glaring. The staff displayed no personal skills, making interactions feel cold and dismissive. Not a single apology was offered for the delay or their unprofessional behavior, which only added to the frustration.The wait time was unacceptable, especially without any acknowledgment or effort to address it. The staff’s attitude made it clear they had little regard for customer satisfaction, showing no attempt to engage politely or resolve issues. It felt as though they were indifferent to the inconvenience caused, which soured the entire visit.This kind of service is inexcusable in any customer-facing business. A simple apology or a bit of warmth could have gone a long way, but instead, the experience left me feeling undervalued and unlikely to return. I strongly urge management to address the staff’s behavior and improve training on basic interpersonal skills. Customers deserve respect, and this place fell far short of that standard. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this establishment until they prioritize basic courtesy and professionalism.
This location has disappointed majorly twice. Once, they double charged me after telling me that my card didn’t work, and most recently, ordered a Cobb salad, with blue cheese added. I got just lettuce and tomato chunks. No chicken, No Bacon, nothing.nBoth times I discovered after driving 25 minutes home.nnDo better guys.
