This McDonalds has turned being awful into an art. They can't possibly be this bad by mistake, it has to be some sort of in-joke with the staff. It's the only restaurant I have ever frequented that will consistently mess up your order Every. Single. Time.nnEating here, you will no doubt experience one of the following of my more recent snafus: plastic bits of cellophane in the coffee, half your items will be missing from the bag, incorrect sauces on the burgers, your sandwich will be made where the bottom half of the bun was upside down see pic, or just plain penny pinching stinginess like put half an ounce of gravy on the poutine or only filling up the fry box a laughable halfway see pics.nnIt's to the point where you need to not only check the bag for accuracy, but unwrap every sandwich and open every box and manually inspect each item for accuracy, because they clearly refuse to do an ounce of quality control themselves.nnI only frequent this location as I live a block away and fast food is *supposed to* be convenient.nnStaff is wicked polite, though. That's the thing.nnEDIT: a year after I posted this review and I had to add a photo where they burnt the bun on my McCrispy. No, I didn't ask for it to be extra toasted. How do you guys manage this? Seriously?

When was McDonald’s so expensive? Ordered 2 burgers no combo and hot chocolate for me and my girl while I’m deathly sick almost no lettuce tomato is soggy workers were unhelpful and unfriendly avoid avoid avoid this place at all costs, you have been warned, also when I asked them to fix it it took so long and we just wanted fresh tomatoes and lettuce, won’t be coming back and just might switch to a&w because they don’t mess this up so badly, also where has respecting others gone, old ladies blaring dumb videos teenagers screaming I’m 19 dude COME ONNNNN terrible terrible experience like holy, idk why people get lost in their own worlds, it’s common curtisyyyyy  like the world doesn’t revolve around each individual.

Here i am at yet another McDonald's. What can I say? Its usually predictable. That being said... Hasbrown was super fresh as was my sandwich and my coffee was hot. Its clean and the staff are friendly....except the guy mopping the floor when I came. Not one bit of an acknowledgment. Otherwise great

I love Scottish food and this place has it all!!!!!! Burger made of ham! Fresh haggis dripping with thick juicy haggis-y flavor. Ok - no haggis yet - but I bet it's coming... What's a Scottish restaurant without haggis?
