Went through the drive thru for some quick fries and sundaes. I hadnt checked, but when i got home i realized my fries was filled halfway!! I paid for a large and this is crazy‍ In addition, the staff made me go through the drive through again because they forgot my fries in the first place… came around 12am and wasnt even busy. If u claim to be open 24h find more efficient workers that wont sleep on the job. and fix your fries. garbage never come here.
I wanted to bring to your attention a concern regarding the drive-thru service. At 7:25 PM yesterday, there were 7 cars waiting for their order all parked by the DT area, and it was taking approximately 25-35 minutes to prepare my order of two sandwiches. I hope they will improve their service and atleast a friendly team member by the window.
worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. It’s a fast food restaurant but always have to wait 15-20 mins in order to get our food. We visited via drive thru to take advantage of the promotion they have advertised in front of their store. We’ve come to this location before and ordered this deal in the drive thru. Today they took our order and when they saw us at the window to take our cash they told us it was dine in only. No where on the sign does it say that. They would not give us the offer and told us to go inside or pay full price. This location is terrible. Save your money. We went across the street and paid double for Five Guys and didn’t have to drink out of paper straws.
My kids usually go play at the kids area here but the last couple times we came, the lights were not working entirely and the kids found the tree house to be scary and didn't play there. McDonalds, your play area shouldn't scare kids away, please fix the lights / brighten up the play area!
