I had an outstanding experience at this Wendy's in Calgary thanks to Emily's exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, Emily greeted me with a warm and genuine smile. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring my order was perfect and that I had everything I needed. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency made my visit not only enjoyable but memorable. Emily truly exemplifies what great customer service should be. Kudos to her and the team at this Wendy's location for a top-notch experience!
First it's not busy here, but Google says it's busier than usual, so I guess it's usually slow.nI arrived at the counter and had to wait several minutes to be served, even though the lady was standing right there. I'm sure this is common because the next guest had a similar experience, shouting hello after a couple of minutes waiting.nI ordered a coffee and a sausage biscuit, coffee is good and hot, the sausage biscuit wasn't something I normally get. I have heard American reviewers state how much they love it, but then hear Canadians try it and complain that it's dry, it is! There's no condiments on it, you have to have a drink, or you'll choke. The lady taking my order was a bit rude. I ordered nachos and it was mushy. It was bathing in cheese and chili. No crunch whatsoever.
My experience at this Wendy's was not the best. The burgers were sloppily thrown together and the ingredients didn't taste fresh. Additionally, the buns were cold. However, the Frosty was good and tasted just as a Frosty always does. The entire restaurant was dirty, with sticky floors and it was difficult to find a clean table to eat at.
Food was fast. It was still hot at home. Made me think microwaved cause the fries were soggy. But, i love Wendy's! It always tastes yummy! WTG Dave.
