Order a Big Mac and the sauce is dripping out of it. So nasty could hardly eat it. Junior chicken bun was so flat it’s like someone stomped on it before giving it to us. The large fries were only half filled. What a joke.
I am there quite often, my usual to go is strawberry milkshake, sometimes they just make it too thick and impossible to *drink* waiting time varies, usually it’s fine-ish. Tidiness is good mentioning how dirty 17 ave usually is. Hope this helps
I’m seeing so many of the same reviews that happened to me too! I ordered a mcveggie, and I also confirmed at the end of the order that it was the mcveggie and they confirmed! It was a take out order. I get home and it’s chicken. So disappointed, I’ll never be back to this location.
Outstanding service this morning! The staff member who helped me was incredibly kind and accurate with my order. She even brought my food to the table with a smile. It really depends on who is working, but today’s team nailed it. I dont know her name but I think shes the manager. Only critique is that the tomatoes were mushy and super cold gross. Keeping them in the fridge all slumped together . But I was happy
I ordered a BLT bagel and it didn’t have any bacon. On top of that, they take a long time to serve you.
