Had a skip order and went to eat my quarter pounder with cheese extra onion and pickles, opened the box and found dirt all over it. Called the store and the manager who called said maybe it's just crumbs but it was definitely dirt, he said he would reprimand his team. I will no longer be returning to or ordering McDonald's ever again after receiving such a disgusting burger! Would highly recommend people to go somewhere else for fast food or any kind of food at all
This is a relatively new location. And this is the best McDonald’s. I’ve had probably in ages. The food is fresh. The service is excellent and the store is very inviting and clean. Good job to the management and the staff.!!
Decided to check out the newly renovated McDonald’s location today!nnThe new building is nice and clean with brand new furniture and fixtures. They now up two level with an elevator. They also now have an upper level outdoor patio that has a nice view of 17th ave.nnThere was a total of about 6 stalls for parking and the rest were for delivery drivers and curb side pick up.nnFood was decent, service was good and overall good experience.nnHopefully it doesn’t get too run down by dumb drunken people.
Went through DT tonight at 9:07pm and asked for a 2.00 snack size orange cream shake. The “manager” on shift who was in first window refused to give me any snack size shake or smoothie for 2.00$ saying i needed to have a code… i took a picture of the menu and he still refused. When i pulled up to first window he said i am the manager and i am not giving you 2.00 shake. I asked him where his manager tie is, why his shirt is unbuttoned to his chest and why he doesn’t have name tag. . Very common here.nnTo the gm and dm - this happens often as well with another girl who i will be sending in a survey for.nnAs someone who worked many years as a GM for the company, it’s disappointing to see the “management” here at this location in particular.nnalso, why are you advertising for a 2.00 shake and then denying customers?nnI drove out and not coming back.
