The last few times we’ve been to this location, tables have all been quite dirty, food on the floor that’s mashed in, service slow and disorganized, and just generally been disappointing. Fast food doesn’t need to be flashy, but you expect consistent quality, quick service, and reasonably clean restaurants. This location falls flat on those pretty much every time. And I will say, the staff is trying to do a good job, it just feels like they haven’t received the support they need, and that they are always short at least one person to make things run smoothly. It’s okay-ish at best.
Unfortunately was vert disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. I felt like bugs were crawling on me, while waiting in that place. And waited 30mins for my fast food others had come in after me and left within 15mins without ordering. Because of how slow the staff were and they were to busy talking about their plans for later that night. When we received our food. The portions are small and not properly filled. The bacon on the both burgers were raw. I will never be coming back to this location.
This location doesn't support the app/points system. Furthermore, they had a limited selection of blizzards due to many being sold out. However, the blizzards that were available were just as good as any other Dairy Queen.
I went to Dairy Queen around 9:45 pm on Canada Day. It was a terrible experience. I ordered a strawberry sundae. The syrup was dripping around the container and made a mess all over my hands. I was given a long Blizzard spoon and not a regular spoon. I decided to stay and eat it in the restaurant because I didn't want to make a mess in my car. Big mistake! Some obnoxious and very noisy teenagers came in. They knew two of the staff members working. They ordered their ice cream and continued to make a loud racket. A female employee and a male employee stopped working and came out from behind the counter to socialize with them. The group of them continued to be extremely noisy. It was so loud that I left the restaurant with a headache! These two employees were paid to be working and they clearly were not. They were really loud, joking around with their friends and extremely unprofessional. Other customers came in and they did not care. They should not be representing Dairy Queen. Back in my day it was difficult to get a job and kids valued having one and had a good work ethic. We had respect for our workplace and others around us. This was definitely lacking here. I phoned today to register a complaint and was told that the manager was unavailable. The girl that took my complaint did not seem to care and just said that she would pass my comments along. I decided to post my review here in the hopes that the manager will see this post and take action. If I am upset I am sure that there are other customers that are as well. What was supposed to be a nice little treat turned out to be very frustrating and upsetting. I thought at the time of speaking to the employees myself but I did not feel comfortable confronting a group of kids.
Ordered a cheeseburger only to find out in the car that they didn’t even put the patty inside of it. Make sure to look at your food before you leave.
