Came to do notary that was refused at Brookly Park location. Had no problems with that .Appreciate smart people on their position

The mortgage banker is the worst. My worst experience at a bank ever. Exactly the opposite of how you would expect a good banker to act. She didn't introduce herself, didn't ask who I was (came in with my husband), didn't shake our hands, never smiled once and had the rudest tone. She seemed so bothered to have us there. This woman clearly hates her job and takes it out on customers. I don't have a clue how she has a job in customer service. Really disappointed in my experience, she made me feel depressed about buying a home instead of excited. Didn't even make it though the whole process because I couldn't stand the way she was talking down to us. I told another banker she was rude and she sent me out the door without management info. Bad practices all around.

Employees were standing around talking to each other and refused to help us order a new card because they might have appointments coming in. Explained that we would have to go to another branch 7 miles away.

Never had any issue here. I have been a customer since 2004 had a couple over drafts and went in to talk to them about it and took care of it for me. Some people just need to go about things the right way to get treated the best way. Only thing that bums me out is they took away the coin machine I have been collecting coins for my daughter for now 2 years no place to cash it in now.
