TruStone Financial Federal Credit Union

I'm so happy I left Wells Fargo. TruStone is a great bank. It's a lovely building, great customer service and really fair banking. I'm never getting mysterious charges on my accounts or any of that kind of crap that the big banks do constantly. It's just real, honest banking and thank God that still exists.

The online system/portal is horrendous. Makes their services very unsatisfying when it comes to actually accessing and managing an account. Between the forced password changes as if I'm some old man giving out info to an Indian scammer (I know how to manage my own account info!) and the lackluster, not very user friendly interface -- it needs a complete overhaul!

awesome people working the counters, many of which know me by my name and I visit frequently and yeah. it's great. trustone is staffed by the gods

Disappointing service. It took 7 minutes for me to get acknowledged and an additional minute or so to get my deposit done. I recommend that the bank reviews their customer service policy with their employees so customers do not have to wait for a period of time especially since it is a simple transaction.
