U.S. Bank Branch

This place is optimal from the standpoint that it is located in Byerly's. I like that fact!

This bank didnt have a coin machine. What kind of "bank" doesnt have a coin machine? When I walked in I had a big jar of change in my hand and the lady greeted me. I stood and waited in line patiently waiting behind 10 customers. When it was my turn the same teller who greeted me told me they did not have a machine. She should have said something when I walked in instead of wasting my time.The lady could not cash my coin machine payout slip that I had gotten the day before at the u.s bank across the street, she said she hadnt seen one before. Her manager told me to step aside to the other counter and give her a few minutes while she finished helping her customer. The manager stated that the teller helping me needed to be helping other customers. Terrible customer service, the manager was very rude. It was a complete waste of time. I am not pleased with my visit here and I do not recommend anyone go to this branch.

This is the best bank!! They know my name and will greet me with a smile ever time! They work with me for my best being. Katie and Andy are my go to it poeple but everybody will help me, as well. I don't know all of them by name but they take EXCELLENT care of my banking needs. I re-did my car note with them twice that's how wonderful they are. Excellent rate but the best service 10 out of 10!! Respectfully, Carol Moore

Always a great experience visiting this branch. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Highly recommended for any of your U.S. Bank needs! Also open Saturday and Sunday! Awesome!

Love this store, can't go anywhere else, I'm spoiled. Produce is always fresh and staff is very helpful.
