Rooms are large and have good amenities. Great views of the lake and very close to downtown. The bed was a little form for my liking, but there were plenty of high quality pillows. There are balconies on upper floor rooms with chairs so you can view the lake.

Hotel was in a great location, but the rooms weren't in great shape. Ours looked like it hadn't been vacuumed before our arrival, nothing is updated, and overall it just felt old and slightly neglected. Nothing technically 'wrong' but it didn't make you feel comfortable during your stay.

Were very accommodating to my mother's ADA needs. Free firelog for the fireplace & had a great view of the lake.

Always a wonderful experience! Rooms are always clean. Service is always at it's best. Would highly recommend. Always my top choice for a hotel in Charlevoix.
