The room was certainly clean. Cute room, bed was really comfortable if you like a pillowtop, which I do! The plumbing needs updating/work. Nice breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles. I would definitely stay here again.

I went into AmericInn Lodge wanting to look at a room to potentially have my wedding guests stay there. Amy, at the front desk, was extremely rude and told me to look at the photos online and would not show us a room. For reference, all the other hotels/inns that we toured in the area let us take a look at rooms. She was very rude and we will not be offering this as an option for our guests. There were no other cars in the lot and she was not helping other customers at the time. I called later to see if someone else was working there and would help us but Amy answered the phone and hung up on me.

Overall very clean and nice. Bed was comfortably. Make your waffles was a great touch. Coffee was really good. Staff was very nice.Rooms: 4/5

Dirty carpets, cheap beds, ac did not cool room even after 8 hours, common area was 81 degrees. Not what you would expect for 430 dollars Sat, peak season. Staff was nice, but helpless. Take a chance somewhere else.Rooms: 2/5

Only room available was a king suite, very disappointed with our stay. Sofa sleeper was 'out of order' not to mention VERY uncomfortable as a couch to sit on, hot tub was ' out of order', no coffee pot in the room... Unlikely we will stay there again.Rooms: 2/5

The TVs so outdated, there was only a half picture. No USB outlets. One window so cover with dirt, Towels so used , worn out. Service was good, breakfast was good.Rooms: 4/5

Nice place. Looks a little "old" on the surface but overall it was a comfy place with a great breakfast service and mostly friendly staff.Rooms: 5/5

The only good things about this place was the room and nice staff. It was clean and tidy, but the first night, the chlorine in EVERYTHING was so bad it gave us bad chemical reactions. Apparently, this isn't the first time this happened, and it was reported. Second night, they shut down pool and hot tub and said the sauna has never worked since ownership. Shouldn't that be a means for maintenance? Don't advertise it if you're not going to fix it. This was the only reason we booked this Inn vs. elsewhere. And third night, we had parking lot theft where people took items off our vehicle. There are no cameras outside; the exit doors stay unlocked where anyone can walk in, and they wouldn't help us at all with a report. Disappointing experience for the amount we paid and how short of a stay we had.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Felt like a few things could have been updated but everything worked and was clean and nice. I was surprised at how easy this place was to find. The staff was very helpful assisting with our bags as they do not have an elevator.
